Hey, everyone! (No one? Not yet, anyway…) My name is Maddie, and I’m writing a blog.
For my first post, here’s the obligatory bio:
I’m a nonbinary, disabled, poly, femme, radical, revolutionary, still learning pagan Unitarian Universalist. I’m deeply invested in direct action and intentional-community-building. I am currently a minister’s assistant at a UU church, as well as a part-time nanny and a preschool choir director. As of this writing, I have just been elected to the Board of the Pacific Central District of the Unitarian Universalist Association. I also serve on Council for the Young Religious UUs of the Pacific, with whom I have been attending events for seven years. I am working toward attending seminary, hopefully Starr King, to become a UU minister. I want to facilitate the creation of radically inclusive and diverse intentional faith-based communities and ministry. This is the focus of my blog.
Also, literally whatever I feel like writing about.
Keep an eye out for more coming soon!
In faith,
Maddie
